Who are we looking for?

Re:Build Composite Resources is looking for a Receiving & Inventory Clerk who will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments and managing inventory.

What you get to do!

  • Verify that incoming shipments match purchase orders.
  • Study internal purchase orders, supplier bills of lading, and other records to ensure receiving accuracy.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for damage.
  • Properly account for the location of incoming goods in inventory
  • Deliver goods to appropriate departments throughout the shop
  • Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy of records and that proper levels of inventory are being set and maintained.
  • Perform cycle counts and end-of-year inventory count, audit and report out.
  • Inspect material handling equipment for defects and notify maintenance personnel or contacts outside service facility for repair, as needed.
  • Operate a forklift.
  • Occasionally visit nearby offsite warehouse for storage/retrieval of manufacturing tooling (molds, fixtures, etc.) using work truck (driver’s license required)
  • Cross-train with Shipping Department to assist with shipping duties, as needed.

What you will bring to the Team

  • A minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience with receiving and inventory management processes or related field.
  • Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using ERP systems to manage inventory and receive purchase orders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word and Outlook
  • Prior experience as certified forklift operator
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent team player.
